The companies on these cards are invented.
How it works
Install it once. Then it updates by itself.
- Step 1
Install
Add Registry Signals to HubSpot and choose which companies to track: all of them, or a list you pick.
- Step 2
Match
Each company is matched to its official register entry. Where we are unsure, you choose from a short list or enter the company number.
- Step 3
Stay up to date
Name, status, registered address and due dates follow the register, where the country provides them. You see what changed, with the old and new value.
- Step 4
Act
High or Severe adds a note to the company timeline. Severe also creates a task for the company owner.
What the bands mean
Four bands, and always the reason.
The highest matching row sets the band. Every reason shows its source and date. The exact terms depend on the country.
Low *
Active, with filings up to date.
Medium *
Accounts overdue by up to 3 months. Annual return overdue. A new charge over all assets in the last 12 months. 3 or more officer changes in 12 months. A disqualified officer. A new overseas or corporate controller in the last 12 months. VAT number no longer registered. A possible sanctions match on the company, until you dismiss it. An officer or controller you confirm is on a sanctions list.
High *
A formal arrangement with creditors in force (in the UK, a company voluntary arrangement). A court petition to close the company that is still open (in the UK, a winding-up petition). A first proposal to remove the company from the register. Court reorganisation opened. Accounts overdue by more than 3 months. Registered office in dispute or undeliverable.
Severe *
Dissolved or removed from the register. In liquidation or bankruptcy. Administration or receivership. A court order to close the company. An administrator or liquidator appointed.
Unknown means the company is not linked or not found, or we have no facts about it. Missing data never removes a confirmed fact.
Not banded applies to partnerships, sole traders and individuals.
* Bands are our opinion, based on our own rules. Register facts come from the official source named beside them.
What can be shown depends on the country. See what you get in each country.
Inside HubSpot
It sits on the company record you already use.
Money owed beside the warning
The card shows open invoices, the balance due and the overdue part, from your HubSpot invoices. Currencies are not converted.
Suggested payment terms
Off until an admin turns it on. You set the rules for each band, and open deals show a suggestion. It is always a suggestion, and you decide.
Sanctions lists
Official sanctions lists are checked. Matches show as “Possible sanctions match” with a link to the official list, for you to review.
Your lists and workflows
Band and status are ordinary HubSpot fields, so you can use them in your own lists, workflows and reports.
Officers and controllers
Changes show on the record, where the country provides them. For UK companies, each change also gets a timeline note with the role, the date and a link to the register.
Always the source
Every value credits and links to its official source, so you can check it yourself.
Countries
What you get depends on what each country publishes.
Works for 13 countries, with a basic check everywhere else.
Facts you can check
Plain facts, written where you can check them.
Official sources
Data comes from official registers, notices and sanctions lists. Every value shows its source and date.
