Terms
Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
Who we are
Registry Signals, ("we", "us"). Contact: . These terms apply when you or your organisation ("you") install or use the Registry Signals app for HubSpot ("the service").
The service
The service reads public information from official company registers and sanctions lists, and writes it to company records in your HubSpot account. You pay for making that information available in HubSpot, not for the information itself, which belongs to the registers that publish it.
Your account
You install the service with a HubSpot account you are allowed to connect. You decide who in your HubSpot account can use the service, and you are responsible for what they do with it. Keep your HubSpot access secure, and tell us at once if you think someone has misused it.
Plans and payment
Plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and in the app. Payments are taken by Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part periods unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email, and the change applies from your next period.
Accuracy of information
We copy information from registers as they publish it, and we do not check it ourselves. Registers can be late, incomplete or wrong, and checks can be delayed. Bands, alerts and suggestions are aids to your own judgement, not advice, and they are not a credit rating.
Sanctions checks
A possible sanctions match means a name or number looks like an entry on an official list. It is not a finding that a company or person is sanctioned. You remain responsible for your own sanctions and compliance checks and decisions.
Fair use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass or profile individuals, to resell register data as a data set, or to interfere with the service or the registers we use. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.
Your data
Your HubSpot data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. We do not sell it, and we do not train AI on it. Where we process personal data for you, we do so as your processor on your instructions, and only for the service.
Uninstalling and ending
You can uninstall at any time from HubSpot. What we delete, and when, is set out in our privacy notice. We may end the service for everyone with at least 60 days' notice, and refund any period you have paid for and will not receive.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Registers, HubSpot and other suppliers can be unavailable, and we may pause updates to protect your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. If you are a consumer, you also have your legal rights, which these terms do not affect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email account admins at least 30 days before a change that affects you, and the date at the top will change. If you do not agree, you can uninstall before the change applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
