How plans work
What counts as a tracked company?
Each company on the register counts once, even if it is on two HubSpot records.
What happens at my limit?
Nothing you already track is dropped. New companies wait until there is room, and you can see how many are waiting.
Can I change plan?
Upgrades start at once, and you pay the difference. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
What if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no refund. The same applies if you uninstall.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, in pounds, euros or dollars. Stripe also handles your card details, tax number and invoices.
What if a payment does not go through?
Stripe tries again for 21 days, and then the plan cancels. A payment that succeeds in that time restores it.
